A Message From Theresa's King Pins for Littles

3 months ago, I became a Big Sister to an amazing 13-year-old girl named Morgan. She faces many challenges in her life and I hope to be a positive role model and mentor for her during the challenging teenage years. All children have potential and as Morgan’s BIG I have become her Defender of Potential. I also recently joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters Advisory Board to help raise money to support this amazing organization. It is an extremely well-run, professional organization that has been an incredible support system to me as I navigate the new relationship with my Little. Please join me in supporting the BBBS Bowl for Kid’s Sake on April 26 and make a donation – any amount counts! And come bowl with me that day and become a King Pin for Littles! Thank you!

In Support of Big Brothers Big Sisters Services, Inc.

Active in Virginia since 1962, Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. BBBS serves youths ages 6 to 18 by matching youth (Littles) with caring, consistent adult mentors (Bigs). Bigs and Littles meet weekly and work towards goals that help the Little build social skills, increase academic achievement, and create healthy lifestyles. Big Brothers Big Sisters provides mentors throughout Greater Richmond, Tri-Cities, Hampton Roads and the Greater Virginia Peninsula.
