About This Campaign

In celebration of Month of the Military Child, Big Brothers Big Sisters will be hosting the Hampton Roads Bowl for Kids' Sake and we want YOU to be there! We are honored to be serving military families that protect us and serve our country every day. 


Tired of raising money to support your favorite cause, just to celebrate your hard work by running a 5K? 

Well then, Bowl for Kids' Sake is for you -- create your fundraising team, hit your goals and join us at a real celebration with bowling, prizes, pizza and friends! Bowl for Kids’ Sake is an exciting and easy way to support the life-changing work of Big Brothers Big Sisters and we guarantee it is the most fun you will ever have in rented shoes! Help Big Brothers Big Sisters defend the potential of our community by registering your Hampton Roads BFKS team today!



Team Prizes 

Raise $500 as a team and celebrate your fundraising efforts at our bowl party where you will receive a BBBS t-shirt

Raise $750 as a team and you will receive a free pitcher of beer OR soda

Raise $1,000 as a team and you will receive a free small popcorn

The top fundraising team will be VIP's at their party and receive a gold bowling pin trophy



Individual Prizes

Raise $1000 as an individual and you will receive a custom BBBS trucker hat

There will also be prizes given out each hour for the first participant to bowl a strike and for the bowler with the highest score 

The top fundraising individual will be a VIP at their party and receive a gold bowling pin trophy

Campaign to Support Big Brothers Big Sisters Services, Inc.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is accountable for enrolled youth (Littles) building social skills, increasing academic achievement, and creating healthy lifestyles. Services are provided through two core programs: - Community-Based Mentoring - traditional one-to-one mentoring during mentor/mentee free time pursuing activities Bigs & Littles both enjoy to achieve goals, roughly 9 hours/month.- Site-Based Mentoring - one-to-one mentoring that takes place once a week for an hour at school or at an after-school program, focused on achieving goals through activities Bigs & Littles both enjoy.Big Brothers Big Sisters Services, Inc. provides mentors throughout Greater Richmond, Tri-Cities, Hampton Roads, and the Greater Virginia Peninsula. *Please note - Hampton Roads services are only available to military dependent middle school youth through Operation Bigs.
