It's time for BBBS' Spring 2024 Campaign to bring our impactful mentoring services to more children in need across Central and Eastern Virginia!

Our mentoring services are effective because our model is centered upon professional support of every Big-Little match, from initial inquiry through the entire length of the match relationship - often lasting many years! In effect, more funds raised means more matches can be created and supported by our amazing program staff, so your gift today will make a life-changing difference to a local child in just a matter of weeks.

April is also National Volunteer Month! We encourage you to make a gift honoring the spirit of service demonstrated every day of the year by our wonderful Bigs - and all the other volunteers helping their communities across America.

Active in Virginia since 1962, Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. BBBS serves youths ages 6 to 18 by matching youth (Littles) with caring, consistent adult mentors (Bigs). Bigs and Littles meet weekly and work towards goals that help the Little build social skills, increase academic achievement, and create healthy lifestyles. Big Brothers Big Sisters provides mentors throughout Greater Richmond, Tri-Cities, Hampton Roads and the Greater Virginia Peninsula.
